We will be using DHL, DPD, UPS or HERMES as our shipping partner and we do ship World Wide but the buyer needs to be an EU Citizen otherwise you won't be able to place an order at the moment. We are working on expanding our market.

After your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or wrongly delivered packages. If you receive a damaged package, please report this immediately to the shipping company. You can then claim money if the product should be damaged due to the shipping process. Sending photos of the damaged package helps.

Shipping costs within Europe are inclusive VAT and vary from country to country.

Customers from outside the European Union (EU) are excluded from VAT. After you've confirmed that your billing address is outside the EU in the checkout, the VA will be excluded from your order. 

Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and German public holidays, and not delivered on Sundays and other holidays.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which COTIERE cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
