You can return your product super easily via our return portal.

Just follow the steps and you will be refunded by the way that you chose in the return process.  Start your return here

Please use our return portal to return your product and receive your refund. 

You will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days after your order has been returned and accepted. Usually, you will receive your refund around 3-4 days after your returned products have been received and accepted.

We will refund you using the same payment method that you used when you placed your initial order (i.e. credit card, PayPal etc.) or you can also receive your refund as a gift card. You will be asked in the return process of our return portal what you prefer.

Note: Customs duties can and will not be refunded and has to be paid by the customer. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

REGULAR STOCK PRODUCTS

COTIERE has a 14-day return policy for regular stock items: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center (mentioned below) for a refund.  Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). 

If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return form and place it together with your original order sheet (invoice) and your product into the product box. Make sure the returning product is unworn, undamaged and in original condition (packaging, accessories, tags etc.) and matches the criteria mentioned in the Return Policy section

PRE-ORDER-PRODUCTS

COTIERE has a 14-day return policy for Pre-Order-Products to exchange the size for a bigger or smaller size (if available)  or get a refund in form of a voucher (credit) for Cotiere online shop at www.cotiereofficial.com. Pre-Order Products can not be returned and refunded like the regular stock items since this product is specially made for you. If you would like to exchange your Pre-Order Product for a different size, please write our cusomterservice@cotiereofficial.com

Pre-Order Products can be returned if they got damaged during delivery or have defects or mistakes in manufacturing. In that case, you will be fully refunded.  Please make sure to notify us in any of these cases immediately after receiving the product(s).

PRODUCTS ON SALE / DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Any items on sale (or discounted products) are usually excluded from the 14 days return and cancellation policy unless the product description says anything different. These items may be refused to accept and returned to the sender if sent. Please read the product description of each product carefully.  

Yes, as soon as your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel.

You will place an order and it will be sent to you as soon as the custom-made item is ready to be shipped. Depending on the product, this can take 2-12 weeks. Please read the description of the "Pre-Order-Product" carefully.

Before purchasing a Pre-Order-Product, make sure to read Section 17 in our Terms of Sale  and Pre-Order-Products section "since the terms of sale for Pre-Order Products may differ from regular stock products.
